UOB just launched their latest promotion on the UOB PRVI Miles card from 18 May to 30 June 2026. Cardholders can earn up to 5 miles per $1 on overseas dining and shopping.
If you have an upcoming trip lined up, this can be a good opportunity to earn more miles than usual.
Basic Rules
You’ll first have to register your UOB PRVI Miles card through the mobile app or this website link to participate in this promotion.
You also need to spend a minimum of S$1,500 in eligible overseas transactions during the promotion period to qualify for the bonus rate.
The maximum bonus miles you can earn from this promotion is 8,000 miles (UNI$4,000) throughout the entire promotion period.
Also, do take note that this is for in-person dining and shopping spend, so online purchases do not count.
Earning Mechanism
On UOB’s website it is pretty confusing because there’s a section on foreign spending in some specific South East Asian countries. This is important to understand as it directly translates to how much your maximum spending will be for this promotion. This is because there is a cap on the maximum bonus miles you can earn from this promotion.
If you’re spending in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand, the total spending would be S$4,000. If you’re spending anywhere else, it’ll be S$3,076.

Summary
This is quite a good opportunity to earn extra miles if you already have a trip lined up in the coming months. This is especially true during the upcoming June holidays.
However, remember that every foreign transaction comes with an additional 3.25% foreign transaction fee. Keep that in mind when choosing the cards to use!
