You can start making your bookings through Singapore Airline’s website and mobile app now. Doing a quick search on Singapore Airline’s site, round trip flight prices are going at about S$1050 for economy class and S$6000 for business class tickets.

Booking Award Tickets

As travel hackers, we will always try to redeem award tickets as much as possible.

Taxes and fees are about S$65.60 each way for both cabin classes.

At the time of writing, there are plenty of Saver Awards available for both economy and business class tickets. If you have been saving your KrisFlyer miles for a European trip, this might be your golden ticket.

Generally, we feel that the Singapore to Europe route is not a good KrisFlyer redemption, and the Brussels route is no exception. If you’re trying to fly to Europe, it might be better to redeem for a business class ticket from Singapore to Istanbul for 56,500 miles instead. That’s almost half the number of miles asked for similar flights to Europe.

However, as that is a known KrisFlyer sweet spot, availability has been patchy for the past few months.

Conclusion

It’s great news that Singapore Airlines is adding more routes to its network. This gives Singapore-based travellers more options when it comes to travelling to Europe!

We hope that with this route expansion, we can also see more award availabilities throughout the rest of the European routes such as London and Paris.
